Our primary service is the pre-purchase residential inspection, and our goal is to provide you with a quality, comprehensive report of the conditions of the property systems and components. We are trained to identify problem areas both small and large that the current owners may not be aware of, and can identify which require immediate attention. With our vast building background, we can also discuss general information and considerations regarding remodeling, repairs, and additions.
We are listed with the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologies National Radon Proficiency Program (AARST-NRPP), meaning that we test for radon according to EPA protocol and keep our certifications current through classes and testing.
A sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation and connecting to the city or HOA tap or septic tank. Sewer-scoping the line can reveal blockages, damage to the pipe system, and other problems, which can cause costly repairs to homeowner or homebuyer.
Whether you are selling your home on your own or using a real estate agent, having an inspection before you sell could potentially ease the transaction process and give you better pricing and negotiating power up front. A pre-listing inspection will give you the ability to price your home accordingly and give you the opportunity to address any issues before your home is on the market.
