Our Reviews

Overall wonderful experience-thank you!

John's inspection service was exactly what I expected...perfect. He was quick to inspect, communicated issues real time with us, provided a timely and professional report and involved us in reviewing the results.

John was very methodical and thorough with the inspection of the property under contract. Although he was referred by a realtor, he made it clear that he was working for us and would not release any information unless we requested him to do so. He took his time and didn't seem like he needed to get finished to get to his next appointment. He explained his findings in detail and answered all of our questions, again without rushing us. John's report was easy to understand, providing both a summary of findings and a detailed report, complete with useful photos. We would highly recommend Insight Inspections for any prospective buyer that wants an honest, complete inspection of their property.

John was great, we had a lot of questions prior to the inspection that he patiently and willingly answered to ensure that the inspection went smoothly when it happened. Would definitely recommend his services

John was very pleasant and polite. He was thorough with his inspection. He explained things during the inspection. Once he had finished, he walked us through his finds and explained everything with his recommendations. He answered any questions that we had.

A few days after the inspection, he sent us an email asking if we had any questions about the inspection. We did have some questions so he called and was very willing to answer and explain everything.

We would highly recommend John and Insight Inspection Services!

John did an excellent job inspecting a property we are under contract with. He is professional, thorough, and a good communicator. I would recommend him to anyone.

John is very helpful & patient in explaining the home to our clients. His reports are timely, "user friendly", easy to read and he's always available for follow up questions. Highly recommend!

We are extremely happy that we hired John with Insight to inspect our new build. He was extremely thorough and inspected things we would not have thought to do. He is kind, professional, communicative and was able to get a report to us very quickly. Our realtor, Katherine Dierking with Compass recommended him and I understand why he is so highly regarded.
