This was our first time buying a home and Insight came highly recommended. They're highly recommended for a reason. Their basic services include depth and details that other places wanted to charge extra for and the report is very comprehensive. Pictures are provided with the final report, as are suggestions for maintenance for hardware around the house. These people are knowledgeable and very professional.
